Tony is a serial entrepreneur and problem solver with nearly 25 years of experience in the modular industry, during which he owned a large-scale modular manufacturing plant. Starting with a single bay in 2016 and building his first module himself, he expanded the plant to over 150 employees, shipping modules nationwide. Tony understands what it takes to ensure a top-quality and efficient modular project. With a unique perspective and a fiery passion for improving the world, he brings a breath of fresh air to any team.
Justin has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry and has been supervising projects and managing business operations for over a decade. His extensive experience and leadership have been pivotal in successfully managing large-scale projects and streamlining operations. Known for his strategic planning and problem-solving skills, Justin ensures that projects are completed on time and within budget. His dedication to quality and efficiency has earned him a reputation as a reliable and innovative manager. Outside of work, Justin enjoys spending quality time with his family, embarking on rustic outdoor adventures, and inspiring the next generation through his mentoring efforts.
Caleb has over 5 years of experience as a remote site supervisor in the construction industry. His unmatched work ethic in managing remote sites ensures the smooth operation and success of numerous projects. Known for his leadership and problem-solving skills, Caleb creates efficient, safe, and comfortable living environments for workers. Outside of work, Caleb is an adventure seeker who thrives on exploring rugged trails and diving into the depths of the ocean.
Tyler brings extensive experience from the oilfield sector, where he specialized in wellhead torquing and well testing. Now focused on modular construction, he’s successfully set up modular buildings and completed remodels with precision and efficiency. Known for his hands-on approach and commitment to safety, Tyler is a dependable asset to the team. In his free time, he enjoys working on his vehicles and hitting the trails on his dirt bike.
As the son of a journeyman carpenter, Faron was immersed in the construction industry from the start—learning to read a tape measure before he could walk. With hands-on experience across multiple stages of construction, Faron continuously seeks opportunities to expand his skill set. Outside of work, he enjoys relaxing on a sunny beach.
Chrystal is an experienced Office Manager skilled in streamlining operations across industries like Insurance, Oil & Gas, and Real Estate.
